At Bather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, all swimwear must be returned with the original protective liner intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive an automated notification that your return is in transit.
Receive Your Refund
Our team will inspect the returned goods within 5-7 business days of arrival and issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange.
